Fully qualified for their respective positions. We employ Early Childhood Teachers who have completed three or more years of studying Early Childhood at University, as well as Diploma trained team members who have completed two years full time at TAFE (or comparable registered training organisation)

We employ team members as required to deliver a five star service, not just the minimum staffing ratios as prescribed by regulatory bodies.

Team members are trained in first aid, regulatory requirements, food handling and OH&S requirements

In service training in conducted regularly to promote continued professional development of team members.

Team members work closely with the Authorised Supervisor to ensure best practice is provided for your child.

Team members follow the Australian Early Childhood Code of Ethics, and a professional Code of Conduct in regards to their relationship with you, your child and outside of Building Blocks Early Childhood Learning Centres.
